My dear friends
I am sure it feels very strange to all of us that here we are in the middle of Advent and that Christmas Day is a fortnight away. During these past months we have struggled to maintain any sense of the church’s calendar. However, it is important that in the midst of the uncertainties with which we all live we remember that season of Advent is a season of hopeful expectation and that Christmas marks the coming of the Son of God into our world. More than ever we need to be reminded that we walk in the Light of Christ and that, as St. John’s Gospel reminds us, that light will never be overcome. I hope that you will feel able to join us for worship at this season either in church or via livestream.
If you are planning to attend church, please bear in mind that we have limited space available. That’s why we kindly ask you to sign up for the service using the online form – link below.
One ticket can accommodate up to 4 people (number who fit in a pew).
In case all seats are reserved, we welcome you to sign up for the waiting list.
We look forward to seeing you all again – at a safe distance.
With my very best wishes and prayers for a Happy and Holy Advent and for a Joyful Christmas when it comes.
